  • Refundable rent Deposit
    – One month of rent
  • Girl Students will be allowed only with parents
  • No items will be kept in common area
  • Last entry time in building shall be 10.30pm after which the gates will be shut.
  • Rent will be collected in advance of by 5th of each month
  • Tenant will be responsible for proper maintenance of amenities provided.
